The Creole Cat

The Creole Cat was created in the mind and imagination of Chamain O’Mahony in the year 2000. Chamain, like the Creole Cat, was born, raised and resides in the Greater New Orleans area. She and her husband, Sean, never miss a Mardi Gras or a Jazz Fest.

Chamain received her B.S. from Tulane University, her M.B.A. from Emory University, and her CPA from Louisiana. Chamain was employed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in D.C. during the creation of Creole Cat, but in 2005 left the Chamber to open her own research & marketing company, called The BOS Group. In case you are wondering, yes, Chamain and Sean are animal lovers. They own two cats named Sideways and Little One. But, as any local knows, no matter what you name your kitties, you’ll always end up calling them "Minou".
